With over 20 years experience, Stephane Rancourt is a proven leader in the field of workforce software solutions. Stephane became fascinated with computer technology at an early age and became quite proficient by sixteen.

“I started in sales but my knowledge of programming allowed me to work very closely with programming departments. As my career went on I witnessed all aspects within the company especially in time management. I saw the flaws and learned what the clients wanted most.” says Rancourt.

By 2002, Rancourt became the President of Exactsoft Inc. With Exactsoft, he built off of his sales and programming knowledge to truly understand what client’s needed and how they could obtain peak production levels. Over the next 5 years, Exactsoft Technologies would become the leading provider of integrated software solutions, workforce management, and time/attendance.
