"At the Movies with Jamille" will be discussing the critical role that musical scores and soundtracks play in movies. For example, what would the shark attacks in JAWS b

e without music, or STAR WARS without Darth Vader's Imperial March theme or the infamous shower stabbing scene in Hitchcock's PSYCHO without that scary, high-pitched background music? During the second hour we will discuss artists (singers, rappers, choreographers, etc.) who transition into acting vs. formally trained actors. My special guests this week are Speech from the two-time Grammy Award winning group, Arrested Development and actor/choreographer/author Darrin Dewitt Henson, star of the Showtime hit series, "Soul Food." Darrin will also be talking about his upcoming feature film with co-star Tichina Arnold called THE GREAT DIVIDE. Listen to the show either online at www.blogtalkradio.com(my show is listed under Chery's World) or via phone toll-free by dialing 646-200-0459 and press 1 when you want to make a comment. Would love to hear your thoughts on these topics. Call in and talk to Speech or Darrin or just to share your favorite movie soundtracks with me!
