Sherika A. Montgomery is Asst. Director of Enforcement at the NCAA. In this role, she investigates and processes potential violations of NCAA legislation involving all three NCAA divisions and all sports.

In August 2018, Montgomery joined The Summit League as Assoc. Commissioner for Governance and Compliance. 

Prior to joining The Summit League, Montgomery served as Assoc. A.D. for Student Success at Winthrop University.

Prior to her stint at Winthrop, Montgomery spent seven years at the Big South Conference, including her final three as Asst. Commissioner for Compliance and SWA.

A former basketball student-athlete at Gardner-Webb University, she earned her bachelor's and master’s degrees from the institution.
