Justina C. Jackson-Brownlee is the District Athletic Coordinator for Clayton County Public Schools. She graduated high school while her family was stationed overseas in a Department of Defense School (DODDS) in the Republic of Panama. Justina has a bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in Athletic Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.

After being in the corporate world for years, she decided to follow her passion and find a job in teaching and in athletics. She has a long list of educators in her family, and most importantly her mother being one of them. She has played a variety of sports all her life, so coaching was a natural fit. She has coached volleyball, swimming, basketball, and soccer. She was voted Clayton County's Swim Coach of the Year in 2017.

Justina has always taken on leadership roles, such as athletic committee member, head coaching positions, department chair, and athletic director. She is a Certified Athletic Administrator through the National Scholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA), and she is also a member of the Georgia Athletic Directors Association (GADA). Now as the district athletic coordinator, she is coming into a place of continuous growth within this position.
