Paula Buckhaulter is Assistant Director for Championships Engagement with the NCAA in Indianapolis, Indiana, and has been with the organization since October of 2002. She currently manages NCAA Event Marketing for select championships to promote ancillary events and enhance overall fan experience. In addition, she oversees NCAA Youth Tournaments and Events, an initiative that introduces youth to NCAA Championships through opportunities to compete, attend the championship and be recognized on a national stage. NCAA Youth Tournaments and Events are currently scheduled at the following NCAA Championships:  Division I Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Division I Wrestling, National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics and Division I Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse. Her previous responsibilities included working with championship hosts to create marketing strategies and coordinate events at select NCAA championships including Division I Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Division I Wrestling, National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics, Division I Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse, and Division I Men’s and Women’s Outdoor Track and Field. She’s also worked with Division I Men’s Ice Hockey, National Collegiate Women’s Ice Hockey, National Collegiate Women’s Gymnastics, Division I Women’s Softball and Division I Men’s Baseball. Paula assists with other NCAA initiatives including the NCAA Annual Convention and the Women’s and Men’s Final Four.
