Episode 71 - From the Eastern Files

As the Editor of the Retired Eastern Pilots Association’s magazine REPArtee for four years, I had the pleasure, along with the help of my best friend Admiral John Ingle, who also was with Eastern, of receiving beautiful stories and memories from the retired pilots and editing them to be included in the issues of these wonderful magazines published three times a year.

For the July 4th Radio Show’s Thursday broadcast From the Eastern Files, I did exactly that – looked through the well done CD Captain Jerry Frost had put together of all the issues over 40 plus years and did a search for “July 4th”  Just those words.  This is what I have decided to present for this 4th of July on the air July 4th at 3:30 pm EDT.
