Joe has designed and directed the development of more than 100 custom simulations for employee hiring. His design team has earned an unprecedented five national “Top Product of the Year” awards, and has participated in the development of video-based and computer-based simulations for a variety of domestic and international clients. He holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Valdosta State University and has more than 20 years of global consulting experience.
