Dr. Jerry Bagel is a nationally recognized expert in the treatment of psoriasis and is regularly invited to speak across the country and internationally about this medical condition. He graduated from the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and subsequently completed his dermatology residency at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. He has published over 75 articles in peer reviewed journals and is an Assistant Editor of Journal of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis. Dr. Bagel is a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of Pisa.

While we may talk with him about the condition that has plagued Mary for years, we'll also talk with him about his book, The Number on my Parents' Arms, a powerful story about how his parents defied the odds and survived life as Jews in concentration camps. Be sure to read the review of this book in bUneke Magazine's Issue 18!
