Casey Rivera is an Orlando, Florida native and Valencia College Student of Graphic & Interactive Design. Her interests include fine art, print design & production, website design, and all things creative. Her love for her city, combined with her passion for volunteering, has given her many opportunities to work with great non-profits such as Redefining Spina Bifida, a non-profit that helps families and their children who have Spina Bifida; Zebra Coalition, a non-profit that supports LGBTQ+ youth; and now bUneke Magazine. Casey began interning with bUneke’s creative director, Jennifer East, in January of 2020 and has been involved with many of bUneke’s creative projects as well as events such as the Forgotten Enchantress documentary red carpet premier and Spirit Fest 2020 in Orlando, Florida.

We learn how Casey Rivera and B Uneke Magazine came together in the unlikeliest way and how the organization has benefited from Casey's internship as well as how Casey feels about continuing as a volunteer after her internship ends.

If you have questions for Casey, about her internsehip with bUneke or her volunteerism with Spina Bifida, Zebra Coalition or bUneke, call after 9:30 a.m. on May 5, 2020. Just call 516-418-5651 from anywhere in the USA.
