Social Capital: If Pastor Says No Then What ?

What does a person do when they are having financial problems and they go to their spiritual advisor for financial help and they say: "Sorry I can not help you ?"  

The pastor or any spiritual advisor is just that (a SPIRITUAL advisor) and that is that. Spiritual advisors over all do not know how to organize their ministries to tap the gold mind of "social capital" and "social assets" within their church or community to help their congregation members with their everyday needs.

Jesus Christ never passed a collection plate to help meet the needs of his followers, instead he mastered the art and science of "social captial" & "social assets" that were available to him. and available to all of us as well.
