In June of 2019, I got dropped directly upside down on top of my head in an acro-yoga accident. My bodyweight fell on top of my head and neck. I am blessed that I'm not be paralyzed or dead. 

The person who dropped me did not communicate he planned on dropping me directly into a handstand, right after he chased the person away who was supposed to "spot" me ( aka the person who makes sure I don't get hurt if I fall) He deliberately dropped me on my head onto concrete without communicating his plans. I would have clearly said no and removed myself from the situation if I had known his plans. I was naively trusting and I am now paying the price for it. 

This person also has not helped me in any way. Not financially, emotionally, or physically. He has ignored my messages on Facebook after reading them and has not responded. I cannot sue him as he has no money and does not make his money legally. 

I have 3 bad herniated discs in my cervical spine ( my neck ) I have been struggling with pain on and off since the accident and only until this year, the end of August has it been debilitating. I have not been able to function like a normal human being.
