Acts 1:1-8

Do you wish that you could see The LORD Jesus Christ in the flesh?  If so, then listen on! This message is a challenge for us to be supernatural and not superficial in our walk with Jesus Christ.

And  that’s exactly how Jesus wants us to live: supernaturally and NOT superficially!  Yet sadly today many Christians don't understand this and so they try to walk with Christ by striving.

And quite frankly that's like driving a car with the brakes on: or superficially! Now this concept of a supernatural life in Christ doesn't come naturally.

Magnifying Jesus through worship and the word, moving believers in Jesus toward maturity and ministry, and then making Jesus known to our neighbors and the nations are the keys.

And honestly what could be a better purpose in life than that?

Now when we drop all else and do that we’re on our way to a supernatural life in Jesus Christ. So I hope we are all living that way.  This message will focus on the third part: Making Jesus known to our neighbors and the nations.

And why?  Because this EXACTLY what the world needs to know - Jesus! Now, that’s not just rhetoric; that's the absolute life giving TRUTH!  The truth is there’s no answer to the problems of this world apart from the LORD Jesus Christ.

As the song goes: All Things in Jesus

I sincerely believe that with all of my heart, and I hope that you do too. So we are going back to the basics in the Book of Acts to see what the Bible has to say about reaching this generation with the Gospel of The LORD Jesus Christ!

There's three points we ought to take away from this message:  1) We need to RECOGNIZE the Presence of Jesus in us. 2) We need to RELY upon His Promise. 3) We need to RESPOND to His Program through us.
