Novels 9&10 make up this 2 book set. Both are stand alone westerns. The Devil You Know gives us a very different type antagonist than you usually find in a western and revolves around a dilemma between the antagonist and who he answers to while the central character is left to try and understand all that’s going on around and through him. Troublesome Bones gives us a hero, a bad guy, and a worse guy..much much worse. We also get to become fond of the women who love and support these men. A final showdown unlike any other wraps this story up.
