Today on the Brian The Hammer Show Brian welcomes Darren Champagne, Darren is a student who is unable to graduate with his friends and classmates because he was fired from his co-op position in the Mayor's office for exercising his right t free speech. He made comments about council making an erroneous decision and another comment stating that if he were to win office in the October election he would bring a big change to the civic centre. He even made these statements on a small time newspaper comment section where only 20 or so people will ever see them. Darren believes online is supposed to be his medium for expressing beliefs freely. He expressed his opinion as a private citizen with no affiliation to the municipality and he is being treated as if he spoke on behalf of the office itself. This is preventing Darren from graduating because he still needs 35 hours of co-op for his third credit.

Join us LIVE at 9am pacific - 12pm eastern time, listen to Darren's story and as Brian makes some calls to help Darren's cause.
