LeAnn Smith provides a full-spectrum approach of wellness modalities to her clients. She believes in combining the various elements of healthful living into a unique program for every individual. This includes eating correctly, moving in the best way possible, and coaching to integrate these patterns.

Ms. Smith also offers Corporate Wellness solutions for organizations of all sizes. With over fourteen years of corporate Human Resources experience, LeAnn brings a wealth of corporate, organization knowledge and understanding, as well as the ability to provide customized and engaging health and wellness solutions.

LeAnn does this by combining Personal Training for your individual exercise program to Yoga Instruction to allow the body to move effortlessly in all your daily tasks. She has certifications from American Council on Exercise to do this expertly. You may ask, why is this necessary? The simple answer is that moving correctly prevents many physical and mental problems from arising.

LeAnn also focuses on Health and Nutrition Coaching. With the Integrative Institute of Nutrition and Precision Nutrition, LeAnn has a vast array of health and wellness experience and education. She has spent the last eleven years working with clients to adapt and support them in building a healthier lifestyle.

LeAnn works with clients that are “stuck” in their wellness journey either by injury, disease or otherwise. Her approach is to meet you where you are, partner together to create a customized plan to support your goals and lifestyle.

And we have the new and regular session (on the first week of the month) by Rev. Jenna Arnaz on hypnotherapymeditation
