We are living in strange and unusual times.it seems everything right is wrong and everything wrong is right and people are arguing and fighting over anything and everything we understood all changed in the blink of an eye but you know what?

Its time know for us the people with disabilities to take a stand and show the World who and what we are and be agents for change starting now and I mean right now don’t wait anymore!!!

Because I have worked for a Center for Independent Living which is a Disability Rights, rules and laws agency for over 20 years I like to share with you some of what has helped me to help others over the years and to convey to you that you are not alone!!!
