Wednesday night is Kim Justus regular Hump Night Show of Recovery Now, with guest Dr Stuart Silberman- Practitioner, Survivor to Doctor Helping You.  Be sure to tune in!

On this show though, will be a discussion on something we all deal with - distinguishing grief from Chronic depression.

Tuesday we will explore a topic that can be confusing and complex. Are we temporarily singing the Blues, or are we sinking into Depression? We'll discuss the inevitable depression, that comes with mortality threatening health conditions, changing our lives forever.

What's the difference between feeling a little "blue," and depression?  We will also discuss some helpful solutions, that pad our journey along the way. So much depends on our attitudes toward recovery. I will look forward to hearing the things that have worked well for you too, so be sure to call in!

Awareness, acceptance & action are our new roads to recovery.  What does that mean, and how do we do it? Will discuss Step 1 of alternative support treatment called Emotions Anonymous (formed from the original Steps of AA, but emotions based) and many other tools that aid recovery. For more info on EA, see: http://emotionsanonymous.org/ .. They have a great support book that everyone should own.

Host is Kim Justus, author In a Flash: Miracles Here and Beyond found at www.inaflash.org
