To start the new Month, we are having two amazing guest! Our first guest is of one of Gulf Coast Regional's Brain and Spine Center: Dr. David Sinclair who is an amazing neurologist that attended Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth Texas. Dr. Sinclair is Board Certified in Neurology with additional dual subspecialty Board Certifications in Epilepsy from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and Electro Diagnostic Medicine from the American Board of Electro Diagnostic Medicine, and has a special interest in Epilepsy, Headache Medicine and Neuromuscular diseases.

The next guest is: A Brain Injury Management Expert, Brain Health and Wellness Facilitator from Canada: Ms. Crystal Willms!

 She was a caregiver to a former common-law spouse who acquired a Severe Traumatic Brain Injury. "The experience was horrible for both of us. However, we worked hard to figure out how to mentally and emotionally function better. He returned to his pre-injury job, I learned how to care for myself to avoid burnout. If you have the right information and the right support at the right time, you can be a mentally, emotionally and physically healthier human."
