The Matt Duffin Show - Sick & Tired of Being Sick & Tired

Unlucky 13 ended up pretty lucky for me.   Let's do some math skills, TBI wise.  1 appendix removal at 12;  27 surgery's since 2008, the "Year of The Wreck."

Now, as of Friday afternoon - 13 of those total surgery proceedures have been ''done'' in the last 5 years.  Angioplasti something again and my blood is flowing best it has in a couple years - at least by my strong guess.  You see, once brain injury recovery in the early years - its not over.  New and fresh chronic issues 'pop' up, or simply 'scare tissue' developed around your wounded brain cells, or dead brain cells.  

28 times under the bright lights of an O.R. - "Hi, I'm Matt Duffin."  Watching the Browns VS the Colts.  (Oh boy - talk about pee-ewe!  Someone has to win, I suppose.  Go Horse!)
