He was riding his Motor Cycle close to evening time when he had to make a split second choice to go around a pot hole or just hit it because there was a truck coming. He started to go around it and saw there was a huge pot whole and hit it and I began to slide and turn as I heard what sounded like an explosion in my head with a big bright flash of light and all of a sudden I went into another World.

It felt like an out of body expense or a dream but felt very real!!! All I remember is I was on the side of the road and people were standing all around me.

Such a sever accident had to be life flighted away from the seen by

3. Trauma physical or Mental

4.  Shock Awe and Aware
