Full Definition of BLAH

1:  also blah–blah \-?blä\ :  silly or pretentious chatter or nonsense

2:  plural [perhaps influenced in meaning by blasé:  a feeling of boredom, lethargy, or general dissatisfaction

You understand the definition of TBI.  Do I ''blah blah blah?''  Depends on who is listening to what.  Do I listen to ''Blah Blah Blah?''  Usually, but I'm Support Group trained.  Uh, there is some 'blahing' going on inside to walls, at times.  But, in today's new world, I lilsten - wether folks think I am or not.  I listen, and I can be slow to respond.  Slowing down, helps us cope with BI's.  Survivor and Caregiverr alike.

Webster's definition #2, no that reacches the TBI level of life.  We go to sleep sad, serious and bored.  We wake up, dreamless and bored.  Whatever the day may bring, as Survivors we will appear or simply be bored.  Staring, at nothing, or something, just staring.  We stare.  For many reasons, we stare.  Want to know how to avoid 'staring' all day, or a big part of it?  So do I - call me and explain to us how you avoid THE BLAH's...
