My name is LoriPurdy Faitel and I am your host

I am a Survivor of a Traumatic Brain Injury & 7 Day Coma, 6 years before I felt like a regular person again.

I am a state Licensed and Nationally Certified OTA (Occupational Therapy Assistant,) I have worked in the world of the non brain injured for more than 20 years.

It has only been the last 5 or so years that I have concentrated all my energies in giving back. I currently work in several TBI rehab facilities, I am an author of a memoir “Am I Brain Damaged” which is available in audio on iTunes or as an ebook on kindle and in paperback directly from me.

I never dreamed of being a radio host, and I am learning so very much!

Tonights show is an interview I did with a fellow/female TBI survivor-Nancy Bauser. Listen as I talk to Nancy about what it was like when she was injured in the 1970’s, as we talk about life post TBI and her views.
