Professional TBI survivors - Dream Catchers - Les Paul

We usually hear the term professionals in the Brain Injury World only from medical professionals and providers, and agencies that specialize in providing care but tonight we are going to talk about it in a much different approach!

I am saying it’s time to start view us the survivors as professionals and care givers and we all need to have a meeting of the minds in the middle.

As an advocate for social changes for people with TBI and any disabilities and working as a facilitator and support group leader I no longer want to see the us or them approach to survivors and thrives but instead a peer support team of survivors and medical providers saying its nearing 2014 and we are not willing to put up with the lack of needed social and medical model changes for TBI Survivors everywhere around the World and it’s time to take a stand that were not going to take it like that anymore!!!

Power to the people the people with TBI and related disabilities around the World!!!

I would love to see a coming together of us as professional survivors and meet with medical professionals, Brain Injury agencies and association to build the ultimate dynamic duo of a team!!!!
