Lori  was in a car accident in 1986. She says she is alive today because a State Police officer salvaged her body with the jaws of life.  She was admitted to a hospital in a coma with the diagnosis of TBI.  About 7 days after the injury her alertness returned, she had amnesia to all life skills. Lori had almost 6 years of various therapies and extensive self study that strengthened her mind. Today Lori is a professional Certified Occupational Therapist who works with the brain injured, she self published her memoir "Am I Brain Damaged?", She is an administrator to 4peer11 ( a peer support line) and she hosts this radio show.  Wednesday she will interview Dr. Peter Ianni, a NeuroPsychologist in Farmington Michigan.
