With more and more people being diagnosed each day with a Brain Injury as a result of truama, unemployment is on the rise. It was Ortega Y Gasset who defined "Genius", as the ability to invent ones occupation.

As the World's first OFFICIAL TBI THRIVER, Kevin dares to share his insight and experiences to inspire others with Brain Injuries to create a More FUNctional LIFE using a unique perspective with "WTF?".

THIS WEEK: WORDS TO LIVE by a TBI THRIVER

"Be the change you wish to see in the world." -Gandhi.  Everyday,  we are surrounded by quotes,  whether it be read in a social media status,  seen on a marquee driving by,  or heard in a conversation with a friend.  Words of wisdom can come in many forms,  but many times it is the presentation of these quotes that has the strongest effect on the individual receiving them.  Most quotations are short and to-the-point,  which can be interpreted differently based on our own experiences and mindset.  Sometimes a quote from a song,  a fortune cookie,  or even a line from a book can end up being the pick-me-up that you need when you are down or need advice. Words can be the catalysts that people need to be who they want to be.  Never give up the words that mean something to you,  as they can be constant reminders as to how you want to live your life.

What quotes have inspired you? How have these words of wisdom help you on your journey as a TBI Thriver?

Join Kevin tonight as he discusses his discovery of  how quotes have inspired him,  especially in his recovery and on his journey to become a TBI Thriver.  Kevin will share his favorite quotes as well as his own quotes,  and invites you to call in and share your favorite words of wisdom that has helped you get through what we call,  LIFE.
