We Bowled for Brain Injury, or tried.  My best?  Picked up a split-spare!  Well, my daughter went to fetch some duct tape after I slipped and fell - gutter ball!  But with the youth of tomorrow today participating, the event was more than Doctor’s and the aged!  Speaking of bowling, Mr. Noel Klein from Ft Wayne will join us, to talk about is 14-year journey as he suffered a fall in 1999.  Recently, he offers using his disabilities towards developing an ability attitude. “It took me over 7-years of therapy, great support from my family and many prayers from the community to do the things I'm able to do now.”  a Sled Hockey goalie and student of "Think First." We'll share other 'drives of the alive' as well.  You see, he’s here to talk youthful support groups.  Yes, there is at least ONE in America!  Jealous?  Listen as mother Kim Klien began a youthful support group called “TNT - for Teen's, Twenties and Thirty” years of age.  “This group has been so humbling, seeing survivors not as able as I, yet to know that I'm not alone.”   Noel will be joined along with TMDS  favorite,  ‘rap singer’ Amara Riccio, founder of “Riccio Pick-me-ups.” You remember Amara, as she shares, inspires and explains life as a growing teen, set to graduate High School with honors, and being accepted to college, all with a TBI.  Can't wait for tonight’s discussion.  She’ll tell plans, but enjoys taking calls –  but before 11 o’clock.  It’s school night, after all.  So away from our mirror, there is education, understanding and desires of youngsters with BI's, many traumatic.  Isn’t it time we recognized & gave them a chance to speak?
