Ever get your stimuli so confused and out-of-sorts get mad, or crying happy?  Us with Brain Injury can do so in a matter of seconds, explode with experience knowing it will simply drain our neurons' journey into the new world.  And there's nothing you can do about it?

Unlike most 'normal' folks with a 'regular' mindset, we can be overjoyed or pissed beyond our 'limits' in the snap of a finger.  Had enough in a short moment.  Saw, heard or surpised too much. Seemingly takes a long time to regain ourselves, possibly days.  Along with the mental stress endured, time in a '"stare" follows.

Past taking a break?  I understand, as well does most people.  But, with a TBI inducing some "twisted wiring", its tough; real tough at times, especially when the "normal" people don't understand.  (thus, the invisable injury).  We can Advocate, teach and preach until the ears close, but some ears will never open.

When I got "pissed off" this week, I felt it was for good reason.  Yet it wasn't good for my health.  BrainInjuryRadio listeners and hosts are.  Share, what upsets or pleases you past eruption, and how you cope and ''slow it down'' without forgetting what is happening?

Dr. Kevin Butterfield returns, to inform us the brain parts and functions.  If your aware what you've injured, maybe we can put 2 + 2 and = 6 together.  Share your knowledge!  Wait, my fingers say 4.  No other guest, just our talk of walks. BICS Class night, and I get to teach....Hey!  I'm an honor Student...Get that gum out of your mouth!!
