March is Brain Injury Awarenss Month!  Light the applouse sign....Come on, clap, cheer, wave your arms.  (OK, occasionally we have to take what we can get, I reckon).

Like you, I'm aware of my TBI and others with brain injury each moment of each minute of the 365 days that make up 12 months, not just March.

Remind, me again what month it is?  Oh yeah...

Let me offer, I am aware concerned professionals and us good ol' goofy folks are attempting to provide, promote, and in some cases provoke brain injury awareness.  Clap again, please.

Sunday night, we plan on having a wide-spread BI Bash for  to ring in the season.  I had planned on informative 10 guests -- and still a goal-- to remark on one subject concerning the invisable illness.  However, a couple of folks evidently are too busy to be a guest on TMDS to speak for 5 or 10 minutes about BI Awareness.  Yet a solid crowd has agreed - Survivors Craig Sicilia, Deborah Berry, Annie Ricketts (I hope), Dr. Kevin Butterfield (again, hoping). Caregiver Mahlon Whitiker,  Jamal, Beth Edwards of Hooks Rehab and I'm working on more.  Of course a mixture of our hosts on BIRN, and callers.

Its so cool being involved with the world's largest support group.  Yet so far, where my miracle took place, not much support from my Hoosier friends now I'm back in the cornfields.  But you folks hear me, as the world seems to be joining in.  Let the fireworks begin, ring your bell and toot your whistles, we are going to spend 3 hours kicking off "Brain Injury Awareness Month" this Sunday night on TMDS.
