I began my career as an advocate for people with disabilities after receiving a spinal cord injury in 1985. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Arkansas in 1992. After graduation, I accepted a position as an advocate for people with disabilities at Advocacy Services Inc. In 1993, I accepted the position of Program Director at Spa Area Independent Living Services and have been involved in independent living in various capacities to the present day.

I am a member of the Arkansas ADA Roundtable and the Arkansas Disability Policy Consortium. I am also a member of the Easter Seals Project Action National Steering Committee and the National AgrAbility Advisory Committee. I am a past member of the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Disability Coalition, APRIL and the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL).

Billiy is involved several programs and agencies to help people living in rural America gain access to the tools for life needed to help you live a more Independent self dircted life!

Les Paul will leve you feeling inspired, empowerd, and motivated. Working with Leaders on the Brain Injury Survivors Network and being involved with the Brain Injury Association from Georga,South Carolina, and Indiana.
