Fantastic Frank welcomes  Diane Zielinski. Diane is the owner of Gentle Decluttering in Rochester, N.Y., and calls herself a reformed clutterbug. She started her business after she went through the painful process of getting rid of the clutter in her own home.  Prior to starting her business, she was a news reporter, a bureau chief for United Press International and worked in communications for Rochester Institute of Technology and other local organizations.
