The Fantastic Frank Show

Want to succeed? Don't Eat the Marshmallow!  A wonderfully funny yet scientific experminent demonstrates that those who can delay gratification are more likely to succeed. What am I talking about? The famous "Marshmallow Test" of course!

Watch this funny 3 minute video..http://tinyurl.com/lzxlor

This experiment has been repeated around the world with the same results.  Kids were given a marshmallow, and told that they could either eat the marshmallow,or wait and get a 2nd marshmallow. 2/3 ate it before the time was up.  1/3 waited and got the 2nd marshmallow.  Years later....

The ones who waited were doing great, had higher SAT scores, less likely to drop out of college, had great relationships, were making more money, were less likely to go to jail, etc.How about adults? I've heard many entrepreneurs talk about how they failed multiple times before succeeding, but by delaying gratification, they persisted in sacrificing for the future outcome they envisioned. How about you?Are you eating the Marshmallow, or waiting for greater rewards? Even if you are not an entrepreneur, this applies to your whole approach to life.
