My guest tonight is Amy Ofenbeck. In 1997, when she was 26 years old, Amy first became aware of her brain's potential to become a bomb, when she suffered a brain aneurysm. Since then she has undergone eight surgeries for complications, yet still manages to maintain a happy quality of life. Amy has certainly taken a licking, but kept on ticking. Hear her story, and some of the things she's done to keep her attitude in a positive place. Amy's 30 minute interview is pre-recorded, so if you have questions or comments for her, please post them on my In a Flash Facebook page under this program post, so she can see them http://www.facebook.com/inaflash.org

The rest of the show will be filled with callers and music.

This show is a gathering place for anyone seeking recovery from the challenges of life on life's terms. I introduce topics, and survivor's share their experience, strength and hope. We discuss useful tools that have helped us lighten the load, of our journey through recovery.

More will be revealed! Tune in, stop in and call in. This is a "we" recovery program, because it is in the "we," that we find the new "me."

We focus on the four A's of Recovery...Awareness, Acceptance, Action and Adaptation. This is a place for survivor's striving to become thrivers.  :)

Some nights we will have a featured guest, and others we will introduce a topic of recovery, encouraging callers to join us in the discussion.

Host is Kim Justus, author of In a Flash: Miracles Here and Beyond found at www.inaflash.org
