We all acknowledge the inevitable changes that occur in the family when a member sustains a TBI.  The roles drastically change for everyone, including children. The most important member of the rehabilitation TEAM for the TBI Thriver is the family.  How involved the family is, will dramatically affect the outcome of recovery and rehabilitation, thus determining the Thriver's future.
