Cassidy McMillan is a film and theater producer, screenwriter, director and development producer for an independent film company which focuses on human interest/cause stories. She is also an actress in film, television, theater; Member of the Screen Actors Guild and voting member for the SAG Awards.

Named DyNAMC Magazine's 'Change Maker In The Film Industry' for her film directing and inspiring work on bullying and suicide prevention, Cassidy McMillan is a recognized thought leader, filmmaker and journalist advocating for positive change.

Cassidy is the recipient of the distinguished United Nations UNA Impact Filmmaking Award; Disney's Partners In Excellence Award;  the Inanna Humanitarian Award and received a SAMHSA VOICE Award nomination for directing the groundbreaking documentary BULLIES AND FRIENDS has received tremendous response at school focus group screenings and is described by educators and parents as "a groundbreaking film that can save lives."
