It's a Ball of Confusion; So How Do We Help OUR selves & the Youth amongst us?

Options, resources are available but they are definitely limited and willingness & accessibility even more so.  Although INclusivity is a big buzz word these days, as usual it does not always INclude everybody, especially those that need it the most. Resources are needed from every possible angle. That's why WE Boomers, phenomenal "Human Resources" that we are -

WE have to be INvolved, WE have to be Creative  WE have to be INtentional  WE have to take the INitiative 

Being Brave Boomers means being brave enough to do our part, and it's whatever you decide you can do, even when we know it won't be easy.  Mental Health is never an easy discussion yet it is one we need to have and address more often & realistically as we go forward in this 21st century.  There's so much different stuff happening in the world today, stuff we're not familiar with. Helping each other is the only way for us to thrive not just survive!
