Science, soldiers, and potentially humanity are pitted against a biological killer in "Sudden Onset." A brilliant scientist, Mira Wallace is paired with Sgt. Rain Somerdale in a quest to find the destroyer. Along the way, joined by colleagues (some with ulterior motives), questions of science, morality, and ethics come into play, as all may end up questioning the meaning of it all. 

The first volume of The Seed Series, "Sudden Onset" comes from the minds of Tom and Chris Dardick. A graduate of Tufts University, Tom operates consulting and R&D businesses and is a forever student of the human condition. Chris has a doctorate in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Maryland. He has published over one hundred scientific papers on various topics and is a Lead Scientist for the US Department of Agriculture.
