What at first appears to be a terribly tragic incident quickly becomes a murder investigation when, in the video, the young man utters four simple words before his death: THIS IS FOR YOU! and Detective Bowers notices a figure stanting in the shadows, observing the suicide. DId the stranger play a role in this deadly scene? It's up to Bowers to unravel the complex web of lies, deceit and deceptions to get to the root of the mystery and hopefully prevent more deaths.
