IRENE BRODSKY Joins in the discussion about home care, facilities and Alzheimers

Fran Lewis and Irene Brodsky team up to talk about Alzheimer's and how it affected their lives and the lives of Fran's mother and Irene's husband Neale. We will talk about home care, care in a faciltiy, the type of care required and whether her husband is receiving the care in the facility that he lives in today. She will talk about her latest book focusing on her life with Neale and her loss of him as her spouse being afflicted with this disease. Fran will talk about the promise she made to her mom and what they entailed and how she cared for her mom with the help of home health aides at time. She will along with Irene provide tips for caring for someone at home, resources for those that need help and the 24 hour hot line that you can call if you need to talk.
