Trott is known as the foreclosure king and has become a multimillionaire foreclosing on 80,000 homes around the Detroit area.  A class action suit has been filed against Trott regarding unethical business practices. He kicked families out of their homes during the housing crisis using misleading paperwork to confuse homeowners into signing into foreclosure.
