Johanne Edwards is owner of Excellence Training.  She is an experienced entrepreneur, executive in industry, business consultant, seminar leader, speaker and author. She uses many techniques, processes and systems to manifest outstanding results for small business owners and individuals. She believes that the small business owner with an entrepreneurial mindset will drive our future economic success.

For over 20 years she has been a force in industry as an Industrial Engineer, Value Engineer.  She holds degrees in Chemistry and Human Resource Management, and is also a Certified Consultant, an NLP (Nero-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner and a licensed Human Potential Trainer.

She brings both technical and emotional intelligence training to businesses and individuals who want to grow their entrepreneurial strengths and “play to win”. She is an expert in creating learning environments where business owners and their stakeholders can solve the mired of business problems together. Her forte is with small and mid-sized businesses that are finding it difficult to transition their companies into the new information age economy.  To do this she ignites the individual’s personal power, leadership skills and “out of the box” thinking.

Her seminars do not use traditional learning or test methodology where participants are partially engaged in the learning.  She uses state of the art adventure and experiential training techniques to involve participants in their own learning experience.
