In the 1990s, Steve Farrell cofounded and led two high-growth technology companies based in Silicon Valley that were featured in the INC500 and spanned the United States and Europe.

A New Universal Dream is the inspiring story of Steve's journey from the pursuit of wealth and traditional ideas of success toward a more fulfilling life of caring and service to others and to humanity. It's also the story of the potential each of us has for profound change and the power we all hold to open ourselves ever deeper to the Oneness of all things and to evolve consciously toward the highest versions of ourselves.

In 2003, he co-founded Humanity’s Team 501(c)(3) non-profit with New York Times bestselling author of the Conversations with God series of books, Neale Donald Walsch. The following year, he became the Worldwide Executive Director leading a highly motivated and committed core team, along with volunteers, Country Coordinators, and Country Contacts around the world.

Humanity’s Team was founded on Neale’s and Steve's vision of a world free of outdated and limiting beliefs about the Divine, one another, nature, and all of life.
