About thirty years ago John Mooney started collecting quotes that meant a lot to him, jotting them down in his Bible between the lines of the psalms and proverbs. As a chiropractor for more than34 years, when John would see patients who were feeling depressed or overwhelmed, sometime during their appointment, he would write down a quote he felt would help them and hand to them on their way out. Invariably, on their next visit, they would express their appreciation and ask for more. Eventually, it dawned on him that if anything happened to his Bible, this collection of quotes would be lost forever.
