Dr. Mary Beth Ford is a teacher, an author and a public speaker. Mary Beth specializes in the area of life balance, which she describes as balance between outer world and inner Self. Using nature images she offers us a new way of seeing ourselves and our world.

Mary Beth lives in Pennsylvania's beautiful Brandywine Valley and walks often in the area's gardens. In her journal she writes observations of garden images. With an artist drawing pad she sketches out her ideas. Observing nature images and making connections with life experience began a remarkable journey. Mary Beth reflects on this journey in her book Wisdom from the Gardens - Life Lessons. She has created a companion CD titled Garden Wisdom - Five Ways to Grow in Life Balance and Joy.
