What are Civic Expectations?

Nashville has faced some civil frustrations over the past few years. Most often, at the root of the problem is a citizen feeling as though their rights have been violated, thus they are justified in engaging in behaviors that are deemed illegal by the letter of the law. Two main areas of violation are school attendance and child neglect/abuse. The other critical area is traffic related incidents that lead to arrest or violent confrontation with law enforcement.
