There is a natural drive to be a winner in all of us. However, for too many frustrated, misguided and totally disappointed youth across Urban America; “Nature” is often manifested into a disruptive force in their lives. It is easy to place the blame for their behaviors on the youth themselves. Perhaps our greatest challenge and opportunity as stakeholders in our respective communities is to tap into their natural motivation and help them transform their energy into success.
