Janet Uribe incorporates intuitive intuition into education

About Janet My name is Janet Uribe and I work as in intervention based tutor. I have a background in elementary education, and eventually went on to own an educational learning center (franchise). In my educational franchise, I integrated my knowledge of intervention and a child's need to scaffold new skills and information. ​This resulted in my company becoming one of the top performers for increases in academic skills in the nation. With exponential growth and business success, I decided to sell my company for better life balance as a mom. Yet, my teaching, consultation and advocacy services were still requested by numerous families, so I decided to create this drop in platform that allows me to service more families and their children's needs. I create programs for children that are intended to meet them where they are so that they feel abled and capable to climb to the next step. It is the most extraordinary feeling to watch a child's confidence grow and see them take more initiative towards their own learning as a result. Educating a child is a community effort and I am thankful to those along the way who have trusted me to help their children along the way.
