All rise and welcome President Stephen Payne to the people's house here on the edge. President Payne is the ASB Student Body President of his middle school. He has come here to share with us a message of hope, his observation and prospective on our less than perfect union, bullying in school, the resent shooting in schools, growing up Black in America, his plans for the future and what is up with the food in the school cafeteria these days.
