The Uncivilized madness of the tiny fragment of sodomite humanity, and its estranged thought of Elohim civilization as follows:

The Twelve Tables,  which was adopted in 450B.C. The code was a product of a simple farming society and proved inadequate for later Roman-Indo-European needs. From the Twelve Tables, the Romans developeda more sophisticated system of civil law. This system applied only to Roman citizens, however.  As Rome-Indo-European expanded, legal questions arose that involved both Romans-Indo-European, and non-Indo-European-alias-Romans.  The Romans-Indo-Europeans found that although some of their rules of civil law  could be used in these cases, special rules were often needed. These rules gave rise to a body of law known as the Law of Nations. The Romans-Indo-Europeans came to identify the "Law of Nations" with natural law, (excep that Black Romans like Romulus founder of Rome, were not Sodomy culture) or universal law based on reason. This enabled them to established standards of justice that applied to all people.  There  standards  of justice included principles still recognized today. 

THE NATURAL CIVILIZED ROMAN STATE RULE:

The Original  Romans had been ruled by the Elohim gods Kings, under the Etruscans . As a result , they distrusted Kingship and devised a very different system of government.
