Why I am identifying Chester Burton Atkins (aka) Chet Atkins as my climaxing satisfaction, in Guitar melody; is for the following reasons. a) technicality. b) diversity. c) arrangement. d) naturalness. e) symplistic suphistication f) charm.
I have a view that the world is full of great "guitar" players; who play just half, or three quarter of Chets'. No one needs agree with me on that point. But just consider those atributes I list for Chet in supra, how many Guitarist you know have those qualities, unabatedly? In my aggregate estimate, of the variety uncommon melodies, and the easy act that produced them, I have not heard great players even attempt them moreover to do them as part of their prowiss on the instrument. The overly symplified Chet is not just a GREAT guitarist, he is rather a technician, super tallented phenomenon.
A special thanks to him for demonstrating his pure heart, back in the days white supremacy reign in America, be aid for recuiting Charley Pride in singing career. That earns nough respect and honor.
