Why Non Lawyer Tim Aldred Deposed Federal Judge Jose A. Gonzalez in Race Case

The Case File has evidence Judge Gonzalez, was worng to unfairly dismiss Tim Aldred's discrimination race case.   

Two negro lawyers in the U.S. represented Tim Aldred an African, in a race discrimination case in Florida. The first to represent him in Federal court is Nunes, he subvert the case. He took the case to a second lawyer name Hutchinson, he also subvert the case. The Federal judge presided over the case name Jose A. Gonzales.  Upon the dismisal of the case Hutchinson told Aldred he had appealed  the case, but months later he had no receit for filing the appeal. Aldred sue Hutchinson, brought in Gonzalez as witness. Hutchinson lost his motion to dismiss Aldred's case against him in circuit court before Patricia Cocalis. Aldred saw the pro se experience, like a once in a lifetime opportunity. At the initial beginning of the discovery phase, Aldred  went after what most interest him...Gonzalez.  Served him a subpoena for his deposition. Gonzalez  wrote Aldred a letter excusing himself from attending the scheduled appointment. A funny turn came when Aldred filed motion with judge Cocalis, to compel Gonzelez  to attend the next scheduled deposition. Aldred got unexpected chargrin; when Cocalis rejected his court apropreately filed prosedural motion to compel Gonzales...oh the white stonewalling of African hybrid paragom people was vivid.  Aldred trashed Cocalis in a letter ment to cut deep, and resulted in war of words. Cocalis sent cheriff after Aldred claiming he threathened her with bodly harm...she loss big on that she went far afield in that direction. Gonzalez attent next deposition, Aldred caught him in a big lie.
